SAINTS

9/25/07  St. Peter Claver (1580-1654) Patron of all Missionary activities to blacks.

Child of God, I come today at the request of the Most Blessed Trinity.

Child of God, today, once again, the trafficking of human beings has reached epic portions.  Slavery is an abomination, for it demeans the human being and causes hatred, despair and loss of hope in God and His Goodness.  Today, as in my day, those who call themselves Christians are the very ones who are permitting and participating in this outrage.  Where is love for your neighbor?  How can anyone stand by or instigate the selling of men, women and children for personal gain?  Do you not know that God will let fall His wrath upon those who acquiesce to this horrible crime?  You do more than imperil the bodies of your brothers and sisters, but you destroy their souls.  Do you think God will not call you to account for each soul lost to him because of your greed.  This outrage is in every country on earth, with no exception.

Hear my cry, my brothers and sisters who call yourselves Christians or believers in God, repent of your apathy toward this great sin and demand a stop to slavery and justice for those trapped and sold like merchandise.

Reach out and help all to gain dignity and their freedom.

I, Peter, bless you.

Child of God, I come this day at the request of the Most Blessed Trinity.

Child of God, I come today to ask for your prayers and your charity for all those suffering because of the greed and lack of will to let others live free.  Today in many areas of the world great suffering abounds because of political and natural disasters.

Child of God, I ask you and those who read these messages to pray that hearts and minds may change.  Offer physical help wherever you can.  Leave no stone unturned in order to help others.  The Lord will reward a hundredfold all your efforts.

I, Peter, bless you.
